Vibration motor operating conditions

motors): For motors with power below 4KW, the standard configuration is 220V/380V (△/Yconnection). These motors are factory-set for 380V Y-connected operation. For motors with power ≥ 4KW, the standard configuration is 380V/660V (△/Y connection), though some models may use △- connected configuration (excluding specific exceptions). High-frequency motors require either 220V/ 380V or 42V voltage (Note: 42V requires a control cabinet). DC motors operate on 12V or 24V,while single-phase motors use 115V or 220V. Custom designs may be manufactured to meet specific customer requirements, provided the power supply voltage matches the specifications indicated on the nameplate or wiring diagram. - Insulation class: main H class, wiring chamber F.

Storage and transportation
- The vibration motors produced by our company are packaged in plastic bags with cardboard boxes for sizes 10-40, and in plastic bags with wooden crates forsizes 50-110. Motors above size 70 are secured to wooden crates using screws. We recommend keeping the packaging intact during storage, ensuring dry and well-ventilated conditions, and avoiding sudden temperature fluctuations.
- During storage and transportation, the vibration motor should not be inverted.Important note: If the damage caused by the vibration motor during transportationis found, please confirm with the transportation company in time and feedback the information to our company, so that our company can negotiate with thetransportation company.
Inspection of vibration motor
Vibration motors, cables, mounting bases and bolts should be checked every three months.
Warning! Before inspection, the power supply of the vibration motor should be cut off and warning signs should be given.
- Check whether the nut in the junction box is loose.
- Check whether the cable has cut marks and wear.
- Conduct a grounding inspection to ensure the vibration motor housing has a ground resistance of no more than 0.1 ohms. Verify that the screw torque on the grounding terminal meets specified requirements. Confirm all connection nuts on the terminal posts are properly tightened with appropriate torque, but avoid over-tightening.
